Night Of Bola Sepak | Charity Football Match
November 25, 2018. Over 40 participants, came together at Stadium MPSJ, Subang Jaya. Together to play a game of recreational football, in that, we play to raise mental health awareness as well as raise proceeds to Befrienders is a non-for-profit organisation providing emotional support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to people who are lonely, in distress, in despair, and having suicidal thoughts - without charge.
Although their volunteers are not paid, the organisation still has operational expenses namely telephone charges, the salaries of administrative staff, and so on. The organisation also bear the cost of organising various talks, workshops, and exhibitions that are offered free to the public as part of their educational outreach efforts
Hopefully with the proceeds that was raised during the charity football match will greatly help Befrienders! In that, we hope it will raise the discussion of mental health to the Malaysian football community!

This is a first step. Trust that, it will not be the final step. Together with football, we will hope to raise the standards of understanding mental and emotional health!
