PBS Mix Badminton @ The Challenger Sports Centre Petaling Jaya with Duo Sparks Badminton Academy

On Friday evening of 12th July, we had our Padangbolasepak Mix Badminton recreational session at The Challenger Sports Centre Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. We were also joined by Duo Sparks Badminton Academy coaches, led by former National Player Daphne Ng. They provided the community with an overview of the playing styles involved with the sport, such as the proper grip for backhands and the correct foot positioning. This was the fifth recreational session for July 2024.
