PBS Mix Badminton @ The Challenger Sports Centre Petaling Jaya with Duo Sparks Badminton Academy

On Friday evening of the 11th Sunday, we had our Padangbolasepak Mix Badminton recreational session at The Challenger Sports Centre Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. As in the previous session, we were again joined by Duo Sparks Badminton Academy coaches, led by former National Player Daphne Ng. They provided the community with an overview of how the sport is played and tips on how to play better. This was the second recreational session for August 2024.
