PBS PARTNERS WITH SMHA FOR MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
At PBS, we’ve always believed that sports is more than just physical activity—it’s a way to connect, heal, and uplift each other.
Over the years, our community had taken small steps to prioritise mental well-being. During the darkest days of COVID-19, our founder and President, Khalilul Rahman (Khal), turned PBS into a safe space—hosting open Zoom calls and Clubhouse sessions just to check in, listen, and remind everyone: You’re not alone.
This year, in the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re taking that commitment further by partnering with Selangor Mental Health Association (SMHA) to provide the following:
- Free, Private Self-Assessment
SMHA has shared a DASS (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales) QR code for our community. Your responses are strictly private—accessible only to SMHA’s mental health professionals. Not even PBS management will see your results; they go directly to your email.
- Mental Health Talk
Later this month, we’ll host an open discussion with SMHA on managing emotions and building resilience—because taking care of your mind is just as important as staying active. Stay tuned for more information on this.
This partnership reflects PBS’s core belief: Sports bring us together, but care keeps us strong.
Try the self-assessment: Scan the QR code above or you can also access the assessment here.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to anyone from the PBS team —we’re here to help.
