Introductory to Padel @ JPC Padel
On the evening of Saturday, 21st February, PadangBolaSepak marked its tenth recreation session of 2026 with something a little different. In collaboration with JPC Padel, PBS brought the community up to the courts at CurveNX for an introductory Padel session.
The evening was coordinated by Imran Saiful and guided by Coach Emir of JPC, who eased everyone into the basics before the games began. The community split into two groups of six across two courts, learning as they played and growing more confident with every rally.
For many, it was their first time stepping into an enclosed glass court, a setting that felt unfamiliar at first, yet quickly became part of the fun. The pace, the angles, the rebounds off the walls — it was a new challenge compared to the sports we’ve introduced before, but one that everyone embraced.
By the end of the session, the feedback said it all. The community not only enjoyed themselves, but many shared that they’d gladly return for more padel sessions in the future.
With a well-ventilated, brightly lit space and a welcoming atmosphere throughout, it was another reminder that sometimes all it takes is a new court, an open mind, and good company to grow the game in different ways.
