Ramadhan Cup 2026 with Social Soul
On the night of Friday, 13th March, PadangBolaSepak hosted its inaugural futsal tournament — the Ramadhan Cup 2026 — together with Social Soul. Held at W.O.S Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the event was supported by Garnier Men, Decathlon Petaling Jaya, Bootsmania Sports, Gardenia, Forfit, Zombie Juice, and several anonymous sponsors.
Bringing together 12 teams and more than 100 participants, the evening was filled with energy, friendly competition, and the shared spirit of the game — all taking place during the special month of Ramadhan.

The Ramadhan Cup was born from a simple idea: using the pitch as a bridge. Not just for futsal, but as a space where people from different backgrounds could come together, play, and connect. To make that possible, the tournament featured two categories with different intensities, such the high-paced Prime Cup, and the more moderate Rise Cup, a format that reflects PBS’ approach to making the game accessible to more people.
In total, the tournament featured two distinct formats. The Prime Cup saw 8 teams compete in a 5-a-side format, while the Rise Cup featured 4 teams playing in an 8-a-side setup. In a playful nod to the spirit of Ramadhan, teams took on the names of beloved delicacies such as Onde-onde, Tepung Pelita, and Ayam Sos Plum — adding a touch of local flavour to the competition.

Central to the mission was a professional medical presence. A dedicated medical team, equipped with an AED and a standby ambulance, was active throughout the night. Medics provided immediate care to players facing muscle cramps and other physical strains, ensuring that participants—many of whom were fasting—could play with peace of mind.
