PadangBolaSepak (PBS) is proud to announce the successful completion of our latest collaboration, partnering once again with Huddle to bring cutting-edge sports analytics and broadcast support to the grassroots futsal scene in Malaysia. This exciting project centered around the Aokmer Futsal 2025, organized by Yayasan Pahang and held at the state-of-the-art Sergio Aguero Arena in Kuantan, Pahang.
This initiative marks a significant milestone in our commitment to enhancing the quality and professionalism of local sports events. Over eight intensive weeks, PBS played a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and data-rich experience for players, fans, and organizers alike.
Our involvement spanned two critical areas, showcasing PBS's versatility and dedication to excellence:
Precision Futsal Data Scouting & Analytics: While Huddle managed the live broadcast with their fixed AI camera, PBS's remote team in Kuala Lumpur worked tirelessly as the Futsal Data Scouts. We meticulously collected and analyzed statistics from 63 streamed games during the grouping stages, running from Monday to Thursday nights. Our commitment to efficiency was paramount, delivering comprehensive data tagging with an impressive less than 24-hour turnaround time. This meant that even without a real-time, on-site presence for data collection, Yayasan Pahang received timely and accurate insights to understand game dynamics and player performance.
Flawless On-Site Stream Moderation: Recognizing the critical need for a reliable on-ground presence, PBS also deployed dedicated On-Site Stream Moderators. Stationed at the Sergio Aguero Arena, our moderators were the backbone of the live broadcast experience. Their responsibilities included:
Operating the Scoreboard: Ensuring scores were always up-to-date and accurately reflected the intense action on the pitch.
Triggering Graphics: Seamlessly integrating sponsor graphics and other broadcast elements via Huddle's system. This critical task ensured that all partner visibility requirements were met without a single missed graphic.
Technical Liaison: Acting as a crucial communication link between the on-site operations and Huddle's technical team in Kuala Lumpur, promptly addressing any issues to maintain broadcast integrity.
Setting New Standards for Grassroots Sports
The success of the Aokmer Futsal 2025 project underscores PBS's unwavering commitment to detail, reliability, and client satisfaction. By meticulously managing both remote data operations and on-site broadcast moderation, we ensured that the stream maintained a high level of professionalism, complete with accurate scoring and consistent sponsor recognition.
