PBS Mix Flag Football with The Barbarians and Valkyries

On Wednesday evening of 25th September, PBS-Rekreasi had it second ever Padangbolasepak Mix introductory session to Flag Football at Sri KDU Subang Jaya. The session worked hand-in-hand with teams Barbarians and Valkyrie, both being local flag football teams. They provided the community with lessons on how to receive the ball and formations during play. This was the tenth recreational session for September 2024.

PBS Mix Badminton @ The Challenger Sports Centre Petaling Jaya with Duo Sparks Badminton Academy (September)

On the evening of Sunday, 22nd September, we held our PadangBolaSepak Mix Badminton recreational session at The Challenger Sports Centre in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. For this session, the drills were more advanced than the previous one, focusing more on movements and serves. Once again, we were joined by Duo Sparks Badminton Academy coach and former national player Daphne Ng, who provided drills tailored to the playing level of the community participants. This was the ninth recreational session for September 2024.

PBS Mix Wrestling 101 with APAC Wrestling @ WNZ Sports Arena

On Wednesday evening of the 21st Sunday, we had our Padangbolasepak Wrestling 101 recreational session at WNZ Sports Arena, Petaling Jaya. We were joined by Shaukat, who is a Professional Wrestler and founder of APAC Wrestling. He provided the community with an overview of how the sport is potrayed and played, with tips on how things are done in the ring. This was the sixth recreational session for August 2024.

K2K Juara Futsal Clinic @ PPR Seri Cempaka and PPR Taman Mulia

On the 17th and 18th of August 2024, K2K Juara by Think City, with support from the Football Association of Selangor (FAS) and Padangbolasepak, held futsal clinics and life skills workshops at PPR Seri Cempaka and PPR Taman Mulia. The events were made memorable by visits from FAS Ambassador and national football player Aina Suraya, and Datuk Seri Paduka TPr. Dr. Maimunah, Kuala Lumpur's first-ever female mayor, both of whom actively participated in the activities.
