Advance -

When you notice that you have extra budget to fill up the remaining space in your football bag. There are items that are nice to have when you have a healthy extra budget to spend on.

Do invest yourself on compression shorts and compression shirt. In recent years, many people who play sports have begun wearing compression clothes. These snug-fitting socks, shorts, tights or shirts, which squeeze muscles as tightly as sausage casings, are reputed to improve performance during sports and speed recovery afterward.

Packing along muscle gel to relief muscular aches and pains that you may have before or after the game really help. It also helps to have hand sanitizer spray or. Trust me when I say this, after rubbing yourself with muscle gel, you want to get rid of the muscle gel off your hands as quickly as possible. Also get sunscreen lotion if you are going to play on a hot sunny afternoon.

A roll of strapping tape helps to lock and protect any injuries that you may have. Along with securing your shin pads and sock.

Grip socks is a solid investment, for any sportsmen and sportswomen. As more you play with your normal football socks, you will start to notice a wear on the base of your foot, which causes your feet to slide. A pair of light grip socks to wear over them helps with stabilizing your feet.

If you are that type of person who arrives early for matches or gets restless on the sideline, get yourself a football to have fun with while waiting for your friends or be the savior when upon realization the organiser or venue to forgot to provide a ball. A training ball would really surffice.
