Merdeka Ball!

Well, technically it was the 1st of September but we decided to gather up quite a few people to play football anyways. It was a gorgeous evening at NPNG Sports Center with fun and laughter all around as we had a wonderful game of football that day.

It really was a day to remember as we were treated to an oddly colored field, blue to be exact (still have no idea why), while towards the end of the game, we were treated with a beautiful orange-ish blue-ish skyline that just begged for everyone to take a picture to post up on Instagram (which unsurprisingly most of us did).

What about the scoreline you ask? I don't know. Both teams scored a few goals at one point or another, I remember an opposition of mine Yob scoring to break his goal drought following months of recovering from a knee injury but yeah, scoreline was kinda irrelevant. All of us were just glad to get the opportunity to play on that day.
