SCL 2018 Fantasy Football - Week 2 - 5 Picks
Selangor Champions League 2018 is in full swing! The newest entry in the SCL family, fantasy football has gotten a lot of people really excited. Additionally attempting to win the weekly prizes from Football Selangor and the overall prize!
I must admit my fantasy football team for week 1 didn’t perform to my expectation, but I am sticking with them. Until a point in time. Since the final week 1 game, a number of people on social media and in person, has been asking for tips for the incoming week 2. So here is my 5 picks for week 2.
Medina Mbeguere - ZXiV vs KV United
Medina loves to score. Whoever picked him and made him captain for the first match week, is genius. Should keep him onwards for the group stage.

Lukhman Noor one of best Malaysian midfield players in the competition, his valuation and performance on the pitch does not lie during NPNG’s opening game against Hypernova FT.
Amares Singh - Cheras Raptors vs NPNG
The Captain of Cheras Raptors inspired his team during their opening bout against KV United, and came up with a goal. I must admit, I had Amares in my team, but I was advise to take him out due to his defensive nature in midfield. But I was proven wrong by Amares himself, I should have kept faith and kept him.
Salihan Jamil - Shah Alam Antlers vs Puchong Fuerza
One of 3 players in the opening round of fixtures to score 3 goals. Clinical and composed hat-trick by the striker. The confidence must be up going into the next game against Puchong Fuerza.
Kizito Ezeneche - Southern vs Gombak FC
Kizito since the first ever Selangor Champions League in 2016. Has always performed either racking in the assist or the goals department. He might have hit the crossbar against MPKJ, that denied him a goal. But be sure that he is motivated to help his team with goals and assist.
Wild Card Pick.
Hakeem Badri - ZXiV vs KV United
Originally the left back for ZXiV is a midfielder. His composure, intelligence with speed makes him a worthy purchase in defence, who can bomb forward to provide a goal for the team. Be it an assist, or a goal.
Suhaili Rahman - KRU vs Kajang AZS
Provided an assist during KRU’s big win against CABJ. Caused so much trouble against the CABJ backline. Could possibly do the same against Kajang AZS.
