Masa Depan Masa Kita
It has been an interesting number of weeks that we have experienced. On the padangbolasepak front, first time organising a social football league for the people who just want to play football for fun! And as Malaysians for the first time a change of government since independence. I think the lesson about experiencing these first time experiences is how we all collectively forward for the future. However, looking forward means nothing if we don’t work towards it together for the better!
On the padangbolasepak.com front. After being intensively busy for weeks. It’s time to regroup with the team reassess plans, construct better plans, empower passionate individuals, source resources and allocate them accordingly.
Liga Gila going forward will happen. There will be edition 2, 3, and 4 which will be carried out from a period of time after the Eid al-Fitr, accordingly up until the end of 2018.
The futsal programs at Super Bobai Court will continue as usual, two sessions a month. However, the football program, it depends on several circumstances, like football field availability, most likely it will be held during a public holiday period as done before.
There was this idea to conduct a football charity match for mental health awareness. That proposal to do so will happen, but it will not happen in the immediate future of 2018. Hopefully starting 2019 it will become an annual reality.
Selangor Champions League 2018. Hopefully will continue to assist SCL2018 greatly, better than 2017, now with talented individuals in the Padang Bola Sepak team, each of them can respectively contribute their strengths to make SCL2018 more advance. From the social media side, article writing, and so on.
Of course, there’s a lot more items that Padang Bola Sepak wants to achieve. The mentioned above are just our immediate targets that we want to achieve. Towards the end of 2018, we will take some time to sit down as a team and compose a collective declaration of what we as an initiative want to achieve up to 202X. Calculate the resources required to achieve the targets, assess the viability of achieving those targets and so on. While maintaining our collective independence and freedom of wanting to develop a better Malaysian football and society from the ground up.
Padang Bola Sepak founded upon the principles of liberty and progressiveness. Empowering positive social activism through football for the good of the people within and beyond the football community. For as we can collectively come together to build and develop a better world through the sport we collectively are passionate about. Together we can make a difference.
