Read MoreGood day to everyone reading it has been quite a long while since I wrote anything that is subjectively meaningful on the website. A website that actually has a sizeable financial investment that is currently lacking content. No thanks to the pandemic and the mishandling of the pandemic by the authorities, but that couldn’t be the case. There should always be ways to keep being creative. Provided that one’s mental health decays it has been difficult to galvanise efforts to put up and churn up content on the site or creating meaningful initiatives.

Selangor calmly played from the back as their defence did well to pass around the ball and launch the passes to get the attack going. The transition of their attacks were pretty swift and against a tricky opponent like Melaka, they played their football well and greatly tested the Melaka backline with their direct football. Even their counter attacks were brilliant when Wan Zack Haikal fooled every Melaka defender when he opted to pass to Ifedayo Olusegun instead of shooting so that the Nigerian forward could open the scoring.
Read MoreWhatever Pahang had in mind to deter Kedah’s attack, it certainly didn’t work. It didn’t look like Pahang got their defensive shape in check consistently especially and more importantly in this context, in dealing with any aerial balls Kedah has to offer. This proved to be their undoing as they conceded all three goals thanks in part to Kedah's aerial deliveries. First, Pahang criminally allowed defender Shakir Hamzah to score a free header to put the home side ahead.
Read MorePerak started off brightly in the first 25 minutes. It was all them as they had an estimation of 95% of attacks in favor of them within their time period while Kedah had trouble in getting through the Perak half. Then against the run of play, Kpah Sherman put The Eagles ahead after outmuscling Idris Ahmad and rounded Hafizul Hakim despite being alone against three defenders. It became more difficult for the Bos Gaurus when Kedah carved them up to score their second minutes after their first when Baddrol Bakhtiar’s incisive through pass found Fadzrul Danel who attacked the empty space inside the Perak box before he slammed it into the roof of the net.
